30th Anniversary Events
2010 is a very special year for us here at the Courtyard, we are celebrating our 30th Anniversary! The Courtyard opened in 1980 and we have seen many changes over the years, while still staying true to our philosophy of serving our loyal clientele contemporary, modern cuisine in a historic, romantic setting. To celebrate this important milestone, we are hosting 3 very special dinners over the space of 2010, each with a unique theme that incorporates our history and our future. These special events will take place in June, August and October, and limited seating and tickets will be available. For more information about these special events, see below.
Decadent Decade Dinner

Do you remember food from the 80's? What was trendy in the 90's and the OO's? Does nouvelle cuisine, the "100 mile diet", and molecular gastronomy ring any bells? Chef Michael Hay is kicking off the Courtyard’s 30th anniversary year with an intriguing 5-course "Decade Dinner" where each course represents a decade, namely the 80's, 90's 00's 10's, and the future. His irreverent, tongue in cheek take on the decades that the Courtyard has been open is sure to make for a memorable meal. Chef Hay will interact with the guests, providing insights into the imagination behind the food and wine presented. To top it all off for entertainment we are celebrating our roots with a “piano bar” musician who will take your requests… however classic or modern they may be. The Courtyard opened in 1980 to rave reviews and featured a piano bar where young professionals would meet for drinks and food. Come and see how things have changed, and what we anticipate for the future. We promise an evening you won’t soon forget, with amazing food, wine, and fun!
